We use training methods and swimming techniques from professional swimming and triathlon and make it accessible for all level swimmers and triathletes. SwimGym is the first training pool of its kind where amateur swimmers and triathletes can train under professional supervision. Train at any time of the day, seven days a week. At SwimGym your training is supervised by professional coaches and provides a unique experience. Every day, our coaches put together challenging group training sessions called “Swim of the Day” (SWOD), as well as personal training programs for swimmers and triathletes, where the goals is to improve both your general fitness and your swimming technique.
