Atlanta Games with Swim Gym

All the good things. All in one place. Gretchen Buck, president of Swim Gym, Inc., a Santa Barbara, CA company, was swimming at the NSPI show in a Grecian swim spa, equipped with a Swim Gym current generating system, when Olympic Representative, Adolphe Keifer came by to watch. An Olympic Gold Medalist himself, he really knows the sport. After a few minutes he said, "This would really be a great training help. I want it." And he got it!

So Swim Gym is now on site at Georgia Tech.

Swim Gym's pump systems produce a flow of water from 600 to 2500 GPM, providing a perfect environment for swimming and exercise that is quiet, non-turbulent and non-aerated. Swim Gym pumps, which out perform all 'jet' type systems, have brought a new dimension to all water applications for recreation, exercise therapy and sports medicine. This user friendly pump has an optional speed control which lets the swimmer control the flow of water from zero to 100%. It's safe, it's fun and a challenge for serious swimmers as well as for the beginner. Another benefit, and maybe the most important, is teaching children safe water skills. The moving water ambiance allows a safe and easy transition to ocean and river activities. Their powerful 5 HP system is the one operating in Atlanta.

Swim Gym's pumps are easily adaptable to any pool size and design. Public awareness of this moving water option has sky rocketed. An ordinary pool can now be turned into a river.
